Description of Services
Studion provides a cloud-based platform for photographers to manage their business operations, including client management, project tracking, financial management, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. If your payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid features until payment is received.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Studion. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any content.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for any illegal purpose, to violate any laws, to infringe on the rights of others, to upload malicious software, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of our services.

Studion and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Studion and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data or business interruption.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studion and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.
